​JGS ​Group AU Terms and Conditions – ​Customer Service Agreement

1. All work undertaken will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start date and all work will be completed by JGS Group AU unless otherwise agreed when third party contractors are required to help with additional services.
2. The estimate/original price for work includes all labour and green waste disposal where stated.
3. Accepted quotes with fees over $200 will require a 20% deposit before work commences.
4. Any addition and/or alterations to the contract shall be properly treated as variations and subject to written instructions and additional payments may be required to cover the agreed changes.
5. The client shall provide access to the site/s during JGS Group AU normal working hours and after hours by appointment only.
6. JGS Group AU will not take responsibility for any damage to (or cost involved with) any underground hazards, obstructions or services not made known to us in writing or apparent on visual inspection. This must be advised or visually brought to JGS’ attention on first visit or in duration of visit.
7. It is very important and the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure we are made aware of any special/statutory bylaws/conditions/permissions that may be involved whilst being on property or premises.
8. Severe weather conditions, including drought, storms, lightning, acts of god, flooding, earthquake, Mother Nature, may cause the delay of visits but this will not affect the original, agreed price.
9. The removal of dog excrement or large amounts of litter from the site is the responsibility of the client. Three written warnings will be sent to the client if JGS attends the premises and requires moving, a fee of $50 will occur to clean up the mess before any gardening or landscaping services can begin.
10. JGS Group AU will send a detailed invoice to the client after each visit or end of month if there are multiple visits per month.
11. The client will be responsible for all payments to JGS Group AU.
12. The term waste removal refers only to waste produced by JGS Group AU. Additional green waste should be discussed with JGS Group AU prior to commenced visit – during the quoting period. Hard rubbish removal will incur a fee if asked to be removed and will be quoted at the time. Tyres of any type (excluding bicycle tyres) will incur an additional fee per tyre and will be advised before removal.
13. All materials such as mulch, topsoil, stones, wood chip, fertilisers, poisons will be supplied by JGS Group AU unless agreed upon prior to commencement.
14. All cleaning services are provided to both domestic and commercial businesses. At times we will introduce third parties as contractors to ensure that all work is provided at the highest standard.
15. If you request an end of lease service, please ensure you provide JGS with the end of lease list to ensure every item is covered in the quote.
16. Payment terms are strict from date of invoice to the due date.
    
    If payment is late the potential of JGS enlisting the services of National Collection Services is a possibility. We will provide a reminder and if no action is taken, we are left with no option than to hand the account to this service. 
    
    Please note that if we send this to National Collections an admin fee of $90 will be applied to your account plus the fees associated with recovering the fee owed to JGS Group AU. This fee could go up to $250 dependent on the service required of National Collections.
    
    
17. Payment methods are cash, Stripe (secure payment option for credit / debit card payments) bank cheque and internet bank transfer.
18. At no time do we give your personal information to third parties unless the information is going to National Collections Agency.
19. Our third-party contractors will only be given the property address and services they will provide for JGS.
20. JGS process all invoices and quotes with the information you provide.
